Coast Vacuum Conveying System
 

Coast's vacuum conveying system will provide years of reliable service in a variety of applications. The system's ruggedized components include a vacuum blower unit, a stainless steel vacuum chamber(s) and stainless steel inline filter. The system also incorporates 16 gauge aluminum tubing and aluminum or stainless steel fittings as well as the new INSTALOK™ couplers which are designed for fewer "streamers" and less chance for particle buildup and blockage. 

At the heart of our system is the station sequencing panel.  The panel is PLC based using the power of the flexible, ultra-compact TWIDO™ processor.  It enables you to easily choose your fill method at the touch of a button.

Coast Station Sequencing Panel

Station sequencing panel is NEMA 12 rated.  It provides the ability to select any vacuum chamber in and out of service while the system is running.  It also enables you to easily choose your fill method at the touch of a button.  You can fill by level or fill by time with field adjustable fill time for each vacuum chamber.  The panel is PLC based using the power of the flexible, ultra-compact TWIDO™ processor from Schneider Electric.
